The only cons: Sometimes it feels little isolated if coming from regular 9-5 office job. You have to find your social activities.

Travel, meeting other like-minded staff in the crypto space.

Cons

Work is constant, no downtime, on call 24/7, management structure has managers that have never managed a team. No exit interview on leaving, if you leave, you are pushed before you can work your notice period.
