      Pros

      Good for Freshers to learn something new, One of the best ror development environment, Good CEO, Handling nice projects, Good team especially Hotelsimply. I have met some nice people.

      Cons

      Admin has to change they feels like we owns this company, Admin department has to improve no communication.. And People must be change here I mean creating scenes like anything, Entering into another personal matters, Playing with people., Narrow minded people are their, I like this company But the people's are really bad. (They have to b learn some thing how to b a professional.).

      Handling good projects and good team !!!

      Cons

      They will work just like school: office oh sorry school timings are 9:30 A.M to 6:30 P.M. If u come to school after 10:00 A.M then they will cut half day Casual Leave. Some senior management don't know software ethics.. They will expect from the employee is "produce a baby in one month by getting nine women pregnant.”

      1) Very good for freshers to learn and to start a new career 2) Good Support from team members and colleges 3) CEO( Dasharatham Bitla) has very good in technical and in business and i learned many thing from him for that i am very thankful to him

      Cons

      1) Worst HR (V) Zero knowledge of HR policies and doesn't know the meaning HR Management. 2) Hr people won't give basic employee respect also.
