      Pros

      treats employees like slaves not allowed to sit while having lunch bad management deducts salary for every mistake unrealistic deadlines and goals little learning opportunity

      Cons

      This is too bad company. I will not suggest any developer to join into Bitpastel. The work culture is very bad. Too much pressure, Bad behavior, and the most important thing there is no job security. Please don't go there. They treat the developer like a servant.

      A Completely Demotivating Workplace with Demoralized & Unprofessional People

      Pros

      There is no such good thing, always employee have to compromise. poor management system.

      Cons

      Managers are not trained for IT industry.As a result,they act like some big heads without any managerial skills, and treat employees like slaves and they do not have skills to understand new ideas or to identify skilled people. - Office politics gets intense some times, again mostly because of managers. I remember them making someone group leader who couldn't able to write one sentence in English. - Always look out for proper paperwork​. They will give you tons of responsibility, without any paperwork. So, it doesn't add any value to your career. - Poor salary structure - there is practically ZERO employee perks. They cut half day salary just for being 1 sec late. It doesn't matter if you stay 2 hours more after office time.

      Here are my opinions - PROS Salary timely paid (very important) After leaving the job all my dues cleared on time (thank you) work environment is very good and you will enjoy working here if you love your work Additional incentives, gifts are good, team building games Process oriented and structured company PF, ESI Not Pros/Not Cons Highly competitive environment, not a place to fool around Performance, Performance, Performance - is the key to succeed here You have to stick to deadlines for projects strictly Zero tolerance for bad and unprofessional behavior (you can get fired) Pay + Incentives are above average and so company expects you to deliver accordingly

      Work pressure Work from home is sometime difficult Lot of process and rules to maintain like MNC
