What I liked about Bitscopic and the team was that you were given a lot of freedom, but also were empowered to take on challenges that were bigger than what you had experience with in the past. It felt like they believed in my capacity to rise up to the challenge vs. other places I have worked at, you had to prove yourself first, before you were allowed to get a bigger challenge. I really enjoyed the people on the team and how they interact with each others, with respect, willingness to jump in and help even if there is nothing in it for them. At the same it felt like we did hold each other accountable with empathy.
