no any advantages,good for fresher to learn

Cons

20 days delay salary, work load,bad policy, when you resigned your 50% salary will be deduct this is the hidden policy, many othe hidden policy apply for emp, CTO/HR/MANAGEMENT will make fake promises while you are joining,no interaction with hr after joining

Great Company to work for!!

I'm currently working as a business analyst for about a year now. This company is growing and it has got a great roadmap ahead with some awesome out of the box products. Overall experience has been great, and I would certainly recommend working for Bitstreet. Here are a few pros: - Innovative projects to work on - projects based on new and upcoming technologies - culture of creativity and hard work - work is recognized and appreciated - very supportive atmosphere - no micro management - every one is very approachable, can approach anyone from the senior management as well as the founders for any issue - flexible timings

Nothing as of now. The company is doing good and have good people in the management.

No advantage of working in this company. If u r in project then okay, or else just search for new job

Hire and fire policy, anytime they can hire for fake reason and then fire after 2-3 months No job security
