Pros
This is an awesome place to work if you enjoy a customer service environment. Your customer is constantly changing. You can go from helping a bride select jewelry for her special day to a grandmother picking out earrings for her grandchild who just had their ears pierced. Each client brings their own unique requests.
Cons
As mentioned in previous reviews, there are personal daily targets. These targets are reasonable and maybe not suited for staff that are not motivated by such challenges.
