Easy. Even a 10 year old can do it.

Cons

Employee's never know whats going on. Long periods of time standing up working with no breaks. Supervisors were very rude. They spend 80% of tgeir time pointing and telling people what to do but will send you home if you take 30 seconds to warm your freezing hands or stretch you aching back.
