      Great heart, struggling to adapt to changes in federal consulting space

      Aims to be as human centered as possible with employees, which is admittedly challenging in the federal consulting space right now. Has a strong history of work over the last 10 years.

      Cons

      Expensive health benefits if needing to cover more than employee, cuts to USAID contracts was very difficult and required a significant pivot.
