      A TRUE & HONEST REVIEW

      Pros

      Free Friday lunch with a budget of $10 (out of pocket after) and 10% of the population who were really talented. Few of the earlier positive review looks like made by someone who is trying to cover up the truth about working in this company. Job seekers need to know the truth.

      Cons

      => Micromanagement from the 2 heads of the company. It seems that they cannot let go and trust their employees' judgment. => High turn around. => Lack of protocol and communication. Still runs like a start up company from their parents' garage. => Lack of NORM from all level. For them it is acceptable to cuss at all times. It is also acceptable to them to get reprimanded in front of other employees, treating employees like toddlers. => No real HR: Always pro employer like a puppet. => Diversity. This company is predominantly South Asian (TIP: If you go against their own, you will be likely be crucified).

      good projects good teams to work teams supports one another Friday lunch

      Cons

      Hiring and firing without any notification employee fires not given any times on firing half day salary deducted when coming late. employees are not more than laborers. No increment and bonus for last 2 years. Worst senior management.

Here at Biz2Credit we highly value our employees and give them credit for their hard work and achievements. We strongly believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and as such their feedback is always reviewed and considered as the main inspiration for making improvements. It may appear from the outside looking in that employees are terminated without warning, but there is a disciplinary process in place to correct employee missteps over a period of time and it is adhered to by management. When a termination does occur, it is not a surprise to the affected employee. Once again, thank you for your feedback and we wish you all the best.

      Pros

      The hours arent that bad and the location of the office is pretty convenient, even coming from jersey. You can make pretty good commission on deals if you get good leads

      Cons

      Management. They don't know what they are doing and are very rude to their employees. The company will never be successful with them running it
