      Biz2People was more than just a workplace — it was a real support system during my move to Portugal. As a Brazilian adapting to a new country, I felt welcomed, guided, and supported from day one. The team is warm, professional, and genuinely committed to helping people grow. I had great opportunities to develop as a Frontend Developer, working with modern technologies (Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Shadcn) and engaging projects. The culture is collaborative, positive, and focused on continuous improvement. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and truly cares about people’s development. It’s a company that believes in talent and helps individuals find their best path in the market.

      Cons

      HR communication about the end of a contract could have been slightly earlier, but I understand that in a consultancy this also depends on the client.
