1. Unrealistic Job Titles, Titles like "Data Analyst" is a BIG LIE. The Data Analyst is a data-builder for the company that scraps data from LinkedIn and puts information of Key Personas like 80 in a day. 2. Improper training and rough induction process. 3. Pathetic buddy-mentors. 4. Rude Project Managers who are surviving in the company by Boot-Licking of the Management. 5. Pathetic weekly and monthly audits(continuous monitoring of your day-today work) 6. Looks like a Marathi get-together. No professionalism in talking 7. Fooling clients in the name-sake of Product based organisation. Clients get onboarded only by the virtue of some bug players who are already the clients. 8. Longer working hours, like from 9 to 12 in the night. Even you need to work on weekends and don't dare to complaint. 9. If the client emails you at 2 in the night, you got to answer because you are direct slave to the client. 10. Verbal harassment to junior peers. & many more.

Most important thing here is, all good reviews on glassdoor have been requested (Get One Cadbury Chocolate by Posting Positive review on Glassdoor) to put down. I am working with this company and I feel like moving on quickly from here because of the work culture issues, HR is highly disgusting and only listen to favourite people which wants to remain in the company.
