      Pros

      It was a paycheck and paid the bills.

      Cons

      Co-owners yell at employees in meetings with customers present. Co-owners argue amongst themselves during meetings. They mentor their employees with fear. It is a very hostile and toxic work environment. I would not recommend them to anyone.

      Pros

      Fully Remote, is the only pro.

      Cons

      They keep telling you are part of a family (meaning putting in way over 40 hours/week with no overpay). Vacations will always be rejected/cancelled because the customer is first (unless you are in upper management, they will always get their vacation, no matter what) Salary is way below market. You must have your equipment. They promise a bonus and keep telling you the company is doing great with many new customers. However, when the time to pay the bonus arrives, the company "magically" is performing badly and "we need to be a team player and adjust".
