Very bad experience I have got.
Cons
1. Manager considers that you are stupid and he have got the all the knowledge. 2. In actual he googles the solution and then tells Employees to implement it. 3. Manager have very bad habit , without knowing he comes behind and then starts monitoring. 4. Behavior of management is not good towards their Employees. 5. Freshers need to think before joining because this organization because they expect us to do a job of 5 days within 1 day. 6. They don't understands you if you are right.
