Pros

1. You get to know that you should not have joined this firm very early on. 2. Free Lunch and Paper Boat was good 3. Get to meet and talk to a lot of managers, salesmen in your time at Bizom 4. You might actually believe that you are working for a multi million dollar firm as the management hypes it for you. 5. You cant stay there for more than 2/3 months

Cons

1. The worst management ever. 2. Absolutely no work culture or ethics even in the top Management. 3 They treat employees as replaceable assets and during my tenure with the firm which was less than a quarter more than 20 percent of the employees resigned. 4.One of the worst work space. Even after claiming to be the next alibaba they cant ensure an stable electricity or put an Air conditioner in the office 5. Its so bad that every employee irrespective of seniority talks about finding a new job or when they are estimated t leave. 6. Six Hectic days of your week. that all you want to do after reaching home is sleep. 7. The most unprofessional firm as its mostly like a family business. If you know how to speak one particular language then you will get all the love form the top management. 8. The worst Pay in Bangalore. Even call centers pay more than this firm. For a senior manager they offer 35000 per month while in other firm for the same profile you would get double the pay. 9.If in the management side you will be forced to travel to different cities in a notice of 2 days and might have to stay their on your own for a month or two and the firm will not even be grateful of what you did. 10.If in the tech side then you will be forced to work in the most outdated technology and platform. The whole product in build in PHP and i least expected they might use Drupal. And if you signup to be a web developer all you will be doing in change font color as the team doesnt know what the management wants. 11. If you are looking to learn something everyday this is the worst place to be as there is nothing but death here for you.

Bizom Response

Dear Former Employee, It's unfortunate the way you felt during your short duration. If we did something wrong during your employment, I am sure you had enough forums internally to raise it.If you gave us some feedback am sure we are took it seriously and are working on it. If we both felt that you are not a good fit for the Company, my honest advise to you would be to be positive towards life now that you are doing what you want. Since you wrote about rest of my colleagues, I felt the need to respond. I agree that as a fast growing company we need to learn both culture and employee management and we are truly trying hard to do that .. We recently hired a HR head, an Engineering head and Head of Delivery all coming from early stage startup environment and extremely motivated to join us the journey to scale up ! I think the growth of the company reflects the fact that the team working is extremely capable and motivated to deliver a kickass quality product in time and keep customers and employees happy at all costs.. And we are all kicked about the growth of the company .. It would be unfair to question our motivation for anyone .. I understand the disgruntled employee mindset but it would be grossly unfair to raise finger on my colleague's motivation .. I do not think we need to glorify rest of the personal remark by responding. I wish you a happy positive life ahead. Lalit.

Pros

You can work here only to get experience as you have to start your career somewhere. Food, Travel exps taken care. Employee engagement activities, Fun fridays used to be conducted when i had joined. Once the organizers or HR left the comany, there were no signs of it.

Cons

In most cases, You wouldn't be working on what you were actually hired for. Partiality. No encouragement, appreciation none. Most of the employee talks abt leaving the company or frustrated with the management. No recognition for the hard work done. Appraisals are done once in 3 months for few selected ones. Rest of them have to even beg for their monthly salary at times. Few employees go beyond their duties and put in their hard work day & night for the company but the management is most of the time blind to see their talent and hard work. People who knows to take credit of everything they do and even what others do by hook or crook are welcome here. And management appreciates and rewards them. They talk about giving stakes and make lot many other false promises at the time of joining, later it goes in vain.

Pros

friendly colleagues. good work some times. Great work space.

Cons

you will have to forget about all your personal life and have to work here 24*7 . you will never expect any parties or outings, benefits for extra work instead you will get a bunch of scoldings for the mistake you did not make. The work is never scheduled. You have to do all the work in a shot.
