Worst Ever Seen...No Salary On Time, no overtime, no friendly environment, compare to institute good but not like software company always challenge,Challenge.

This is the worst company i have ever seen..we cant call it as a company..its just like a photostat shop...i got offer letter from biztime but when i reached there i am shocked to see the real face of the company..its not like what we have seen on their website..its just a single floor below a residential apartment...moreover they will not give any salary,stipent,training or a better working environment which are mentioned in the offer letter..its a huge waste of time and money for working in this company.

1. Environment is good,supportive team

first three month they wont give salary , after three month based on performance they will give stipend of 5000 , even though if u r performance is good sometimes they won't give stipend this stipend period continue upto 3-6 months , after completion of your 9 month(3 free months + 6 stipend months) they will start giving salary which is not every month , 3 to 4 months u will get only one month salary and remaining months will be pending for your salary we have to beg them to give salary. they are updation of technologies according to outside world
