Reconsidering The Reviews

Pros

All the colleagues are the best ! But not the management. In Bjak when they say Management its always referring to one person only as theres no HR (resigned), or any other PIC that should be structuring the whole company it self. THERE IS NO STRUCTURE OR ORGANISATIONAL CHARTS ! So the KPI are sets by this one person and it kept changing daily depends on company performance. If the company did not have sales so the KPI will be higher than ever so he can terminate anyone who cant met his expectations. Run before its too late. Its a TRAP !

Cons

Theres no Thumbprint / Punch card to record your clock in & out because you’re going to work more than 9 hours a day. Please read the employment contract carefully because its tricky and yes 6 months probations just only to make him (management) easily terminate people without any lawful actions. I’ve seen so many people got terminated before with just 24 hours notice. Please reconsider this company if you are married or a person with high commitment or a breadwinners.

Pros

- can ask for high salary cause here desperate to hire due to daily turnover - can WFH sometimes

Cons

Overall so many bad reviews but they still can hire/fire staff daily. I can write a novel, so much to say but here is my advise, I would say have a work journal write up whatever changes that happen daily, meeting minute for self reference, whatever direction given by management, record it all with time/date/day. keep all records and proof. Highly practice QUIET FIRING, warning letter and termination, dont just sign immediately. Read carefully the documents they require you to sign so you dont end up signing a slave contract. If you still willing to work like a slave, 12+ hours daily, every PH and rest day, It's best to nego for better salary rm4k-6k would be a good range regardless of your education and background. racial discrimination,if you not a C then highly unlikely they will confirm you. False hope/fake gula gula end up, you will not get anything just more work. its okay to be slow, not making any mistakes and follow SOP perfectly must be priority. Know you rights. WFH is not allowed most of the time even if you obviously stay far away. So half your salary ends up being spent on long commute, parking and food. office location so far away from public transport and shops.

Disgusting leadership and fake 5 star reviews

Pros

NONE. Worst company and leader.

Cons

Leaders are abusive and rude. Workload is ridiculous with no respect for time outside working hours. Just take the time to see the “positive” reviews suddenly created in June. Shows the leaders are shameless and guilty of the 1 star reviews. So they forcefully faked 5 stars reviews to boost it. Use your own discretion, why would 30 staffs all vote 5 stars within 1 week. Each paid to write a 5 star review?
