      Creative environment with a flat structure. You have lots of freedom

      Salary can be better My experience is that there was lots of things to do and it could at times be stressful

      Remote work, ok compensation, easy interview process

      Cons

      They will take any contract. Clients can kick people off the projects. Have stupid daily internal meeting for 50 people! Management is very junior and unprofessional. A lot of layoff made this place an unhealthy environment. Developers very open about hating the work. Dont join them.

      - the people; lots of talented folks doing great work (while there was work to do) - benefits were good

      Cons

      - Too reliant on client/contract work with no fallback for dry spells - Not willing to invest in products, leaving them to languish - Too willing to chase opportunities instead of building a business with a solid foundation
