Good environment, unreliable scheduling

-Working with kids -Fun and safe work environment -Coworkers and supervisors very friendly

Cons

-Schedule would be cut depending on how many kids showed up with zero warning. I would come in to work Monday morning and be told not to show up for the rest of the week or only part of the rest of the week. -Curriculum sometimes unclear and often outdated -Very long commute on near minimum wage; getting to work was often not affordable compared to what I would make that shift.

Pros

Wonderful working with kids, was a ton of fun, i would have done it again if i didn't have other responsibilities this summer.

Cons

The constant driving from location to location was a bit much and traffic before and after a long day of work was sometimes unwelcoming.

Pros

Great experience for STEM instruction and working with kids! BR also encourages that employees arrive early, and has a very direct structure of teaching making it easy to work into this position if you are inexperienced.

Cons

If you are not good with kids or are impatient around them, I would not recommend this job.
