      - Great Flexibility - Large sense of trust - You get to work with smart people - Management actually listens to you

      Cons

      - Product wants to dictate timelines without engineering input. - Decisions often seem rushed, only for it to be reversed. - We do not release incrementally which leads to issues downstream, and ends up costing us in the long run. - Pros still out-weight the cons.
