Friendly and Supportive Employees Sometimes stress busting activities are organised One can get good experience in Recruitment domain as they have good number of clients What Black Turtle is today is only because of few Loyal, Honest and Hardworking employee's contribution would recommend Black Turtle as a good organisation, but Management is a hell Would recomment

Politics, Discrimination,Flattering at its Peak. Salary Disparity Bring new Rules and Changes old ones at their convenience No appraisal cycle at place you have to beg and convince for Salary hike even you are an out performer Dishonest Management, No professional ethics towards both Employees and Clients, Specially Karthik Kapoor - A Big Liar and Shradha Kapoor - A Puppet in hands of Karthik Kapoor No professional growth...after certain time the growth becomes stagnant...

Great benefits, easy job, good supervisors, excellent extensive training so you feel comfortable on the phones, good pay

Cons

They are still working out some issues with the programs used, but I didn't really mind. The job isnt year aroind, so you can only rrally work 6-9 months full time during open enrollment
