Directors/CEO didn't stay involved and allowed managers to behave unethically despite numerous employee complaints. HR didn't take employee complaints seriously or maintain confidentiality, don't follow guidelines posted in the company handbook. Corporate culture leaves much to be desired - values posters are displayed throughout the organization yet no one in a position of authority displays any of them.

After open enrollment there is not any stability at all. They begin to cut back on hours and then they begin downsizing the staff. They offer a fringe fund for medical insurance but the insurance is high deductible and not of any use unless something greater than prescription fills and a doctor visit happens. Though they call it a full time job it is better to see it as a temporary job and don't expect much from it.
