Pros

Few Good People...that's about it.

Cons

1.Let's start with the rating, which is inflated by the HR, employees are forced to write "Good" reviews of the company to increase the rating. Actual rating will be around 1.5 on the higher side. 2. The management and the core team are all room mates, batch mates, running mates, drinking mates of the co-founders, two of them from "IIT", that sums it all up. 3.So if you want to get your process in place or get any work done from these guys, you need to treat them with kids gloves if not your career is on a short lease. 4.We have an HR team whose main job is to satisfy the Alpha Male Ego of the CEO through the in house Teams created in the facade of Employee Engagement activities. These activities are nothing but ego booster for the CEO, who sports a boorish, childish behavior during these activities. The entire HR team spends and wastes useful productive hours framing these so called activities just boost his ego. 5.There is nothing called Human Values, you are hired and fired without any intimation and purpose no matter which position you are working in and blatantly disregarding statutory norms. 6.Then they have the stone age belief that people who work late are productive, they don't understand that most of the working their are single, staying in PG around the office and the only reason they "work" late is bcoz of the free wi-fi and snacks available and there is absolutely no productivity what so ever. 7.Only people who are "Spoons" will get to grow, others will just wither away.

Pros

1) Few people they hire are from a very good background. You get to learn something if you are lucky enough to work with them. 2) Free evening snacks and juice. 3) Macbook for developers.

Cons

- If you are planning to join here thinking it to be a startup, you are mistaken. There is nothing like a startup. There is a strict hierarchy, everything is micro-managed, flexible timing is just for name sake and almost no work from home. Although all these things are in their policies, your managers will start cribbing if you try to avail them. Again, even though Saturday is off for tech team officially, but on most of the Saturdays you have to work - You will work under an EM(Engg. Manager) where most of them don't have balls to speak. Hence they take up unnecessary tasks which they put on your plate and you end up working late nights and on the weekends. - No work life balance at all. They take your weekends for granted. If you are married, please don't even think of joining. - The technology stack is very limited. You don't get to explore new technologies. Also, the product you develop is targeted to a very small no of people(not more than 20k). So you don't get to learn new things. Half of the day you'll spend in doing unnecessary meetings. - They get mood swings. First, they build the entire platform on python for 2 years then suddenly they decided to move everything to Java without any good reason. - There is a lot of politics in the company. People don't work here to deliver a good product rather they work to flatter the management team. Nobody is concerned with the impact and end results of their work. Such is the atmosphere of the company that people here spend most of the day complaining about the company and managers instead of work. - Very high attrition rate. While in other teams they directly fire people, in technology team they will indirectly force you to leave via a completely unfair Employee rating system where they deliberately give poor ratings to people whom they want to fire, no matter how good that employee has worked. There are many people who didn't even completed 1 month here and ran away. - Even after 2.5 years of operations, they don't know in which direction the actual product should go. They come with something one day, waste your time on implementing those things and suddenly after a month they'll deprecate that thing. You slog your weekends and nights on stuff which is deprecated within 2-3 months. - Their HR team is only there boost CEO's ego. Their hiring team will do anything to make you join ASAP. To do this, they make innumerable false promises. If they promise you anything please make sure you get those things mentioned in your offer letter.

Pros

One and only positive thing -Salary Paid on time.

Cons

Management (even senior level HR ) have no empathy for the employees. I do understand that logistic industry have long working hours and more pressur but after putting all your effort you will get nothing. No defined roles. Mostly ad hoc work will be inflicted on you. Also, the kind of work promised at the time of interview is not given No appreciation for good work Zero employee centricity Highly stressful environment with zero respect for individuals If you are a hardworkur (by hardworker I mean if you are willing to give up your own space, time, freedom, happiness, family and work the entire day like crazy) and yet get nothing or low ratings in return, this is the correct place for you.
