Run by a Family Make decisions with no industry knowledge Listen to the wrong advice Treat employees horribly A lot of unethical issues Put employees into situations that they are unqualified to handle

None that spring to mind, I guess the multi-tenant capabilities of the software are OK but not ground breaking. some good names as past customers but most have abandoned use of the software

Cons

Technology is way out of date, not surprisingly as there are only 3 developers. Cloud offering needs far too much manual work Finance a mess, salary payments often missed
