Lack of focus and direction from management. They don't seem to care about their staff, just the number / amount of hours you're putting in (overworked). They treat and talk to badly if things aren't going the way they want them to, and nice as pie of you're doing your number.
The place is terribly understaffed and they can't hire decent and skilled staff as they pay such low salaries. They are notoriously bad at pay, and your work life balance will suffer as they expect you to work 10 + hour days (that's what I was told in my interview!) Everyone is literally burnt out and miserable, the atmosphere in the Sydney office is toxic, lots of gossiping about one another and no one likes the management team. I seriously wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who wants to progress their career - go and work for salesforce, a great organisation to work for - you're probably going to lose the majority of your opportunities to them anyway.
