Pros
Small Local Council, it has opportunities to progress in middle management, with autonomy being offered by some key areas. Some really lovely people. They care for the community and the residents and fight for a better town, despite the turbulent past. Get it right and you'll not regret being part of this organisation. Just be lucky.
Cons
Get it wrong though, and you are likely to find working very difficult. There seem to be a few senior staff who want all of the lime-light, and who cannot be trusted. Somehow they remain stubbornly in post.
