      Weekly pay, free travel.thats about all

      Cons

      Awful rosters , no enhanced pay for weekend/ holiday although bus drivers get this , top heavy management who’s sole aim is to nit pick at everything and treat staff like children

      Pros

      The money is there is you want to earn it. An inclusive employer. Free training and CPC with very good experienced trainers.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Management cannot be trusted to treat you fairly. This is emphasised by large numbers of of dismissals reversed on appeal.

      Regular Work, Overtime,

      Cons

      They have a Manager for This and One for That, way too many. They Treat all Staff like Children There is no using iniatiative Sneeze Burp or Fart and they want a full written report of the incident Takes 5 Years to be on same pay as one of your colleagues doing exactly the same job!
