Pros

Flexible hours and somewhat flexible schedule. Thinking hard here. Nice fish tank, (most of the time). Lounge area, vending machines.

Cons

Barely existent training program. Remedial benefits, poor employee appreciation culture. About half of the staff has never gotten a raise. Dirty facilities.

Pros

Great company to start yur carrer, opportunity to grow within the company up to senior management.

Cons

Limited vision and poor leadership. Company is mid size but the management structure is of a mom's and pop's store.

Pros

Higher position within the company tend to pay pretty well.

Cons

Lower positions pay particularly low, and those positions tend to require to most time and work. A lot of sexual harassment and very misogynistic culture on behalf of the management and CEO. Those that are subject to it, usually have to deal with it or will lose their well to do jobs. As a person with a family, this type of behavior is unfair, and uncalled for this day of age.
