Seemed that it would be fun to work here on the surface but they really didn't care much about their employees.

Pros

If you like knives, you are in heaven. You get to see many products and get to buy at wholesale cost.

Cons

Vacation pay is minimal, sick pay is non-existent. Not a place to socialize. Just work. They seem to fire people at a drop of the hat. No compassion.

Cons

The pay isn't great. It's a really good place to come in and work on your skills, but the compensation is lacking.
