Pros

Management gives you freedom to work at your own pace.

Cons

Their sales team is geared towards making money, and are seemingly advised to take business from any "Jon" off the street. Often times they will promise the world with their coveted sales pitch "if you can dream it we can build it," completely disregarding the packaged tiers they have and are clearly defined on their website, but clients still expect at minimum a "semi-custom" site when they purchased a "basic." Overtime? They implore you to get permission to work overtime, but will say nothing if one voluntarily stays on their own accord, and they dismissively pass it off as "dedication" to the company.

Pros

Fun place to work and very laid back. Not a lot of structure or micromanagement which is a plus.

Cons

Compensation extremely low, even compared to other small businesses or start-ups. Management is unorganized. Hires young people who will accept low compensation and long hours. Management does not seem to value employees.

Pros

The people who work here are fun, talented people. Its a very relaxed work environment with a fun atmosphere where a lot of the time it doesn't even feel like work. They do offer health benefits, (they will pay $100/month to the plan you choose.) They do offer a $500 bonus to the top designer (the designer who takes the most sites live) each month, and they do offer some sort of bonus for each site you take live.

Cons

For me one of the biggest Cons is the pay. Every designer who works for Blazonco has at least a 4 year degree from a University. At $12.75/hr I can't afford to eat, and pay rent and other bills with the high cost of living in California. Most people who work here also commute a fair amount each day. For me I am spending close to $200/month on gas / vehicle maintenance , just driving to work.
