There is nothing positive about this company. Bunch of cheap and incompetent fools run the company. Only thing you can learn is how to fake or in better words how market yourself internally.
Cons
This is arguably the filthiest place on earth to land a job. The entire company is littered with fake people and politics, the root cause of which are the MD and the CEO itself. They are in their own little world and boost of having global presence with billion dollar mandates. All of this is fake. Do not believe a word MD and CEO say as they can lie in order to manipulate people and clients. Company has a hire n fire policy as they do not have any vision. Only people who survive there are some family members (who are equally incompetent as the MD and CEO) and few others who provide the management with necessary gossip to get their daily fun in life. You can actually get away without doing any work here as long as you can provide gossip or play along with their fake talks and politics. The review meetings are a joke and reminds you of some comedy show. Fake promises during hiring which continues throughout the year. Targets are unrealistic which no one achieves but the company makes profit which makes you think whether this is their actual business or a front. Anyone serious about their career should not even think of joining them. You can if you enjoy the circus. CEO is the most incompetent and unprofessional person you will ever come across. A sheer disgrace to the position. Dont expect high degree of professionalism as this place is worst than a lala company.
