      Pros

      Well developed company culture. Everyone is treated with respect and provided with opportunities. I have been able to make contributions because management is willing to listen to all perspectives. Compensation is fair and merit-based. This is a successful company with a clear path to growth in the next years.

      Cons

      I have seen other comments about the parking. It's true, it's limited, mostly due to all of the car dealerships in the area.

      Hybrid remote work if approved, and or needed. Mostly helpful co-workers when needed.

      Cons

      Clicky co-workers. If you're in, you're in. I saw a lot of favoritism.
