Great culture of employee engagement, interesting work, talented colleagues, excellent products, exciting projects for leading companies around the world. I am proud to work for BlessingWhite!

Cons

It can be long hours but, if you like the work, the work/live balance is ok. The acquisition by GP Strategies provided a lot of additional career opportunities and resources that have enabled BlessingWhite to grow; however, there are some big company downsides about policies and procedures.

Work environment based on employee engagement

Pros

They are experts in leadership and employee engagement. They practice what they teach. The work is very interesting and challenges me (in a good way)

Cons

Some projects require long hours (but the time goes quickly). There was some minor changes as part of the acquisition by GP Stratgegies such as the requirement for all employees to track their time. GP Strategies has been great for us in terms of resources and more projects.
