      Flexible schedule for exempt employees. Great folks to work with. Reasonable management. Very collaborative.

      Lots of work for some departments. Normal startup kinks to work through.

      Working at Blickman is the downside. Management was awful. Absolutely no room for growth. Only rewarded with pizza parties, never a bonus. Complete boys club there. One of the worst places I’ve ever encountered.

      Okay first step job

      Co-workers and the job itself was fun. Felt like a real Engineering job. Was mostly stress free. It was nice to see prototypes come to life

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless on how to run the company. They point fingers instead of acknowledging their own faults. Because of them the business is drowning
