Pros

Better pay than most of the competition. Usually helpful and friendly admin. Usually supportive fb teachers group. Lots of bonuses for hitting certain kpi's.

Cons

Company heavily effected by new Chinese regulations. It is pivoting and trying to adapt but not clear what this will look like. I only a fraction of the work available now. Very strict no excuses policy when taking away bonuses.

The kids are great, they are attentive and motivated

Cons

avoid this company. they will communicate a different rate when your applying and pay you differently after the fact. they do not respect their own rules in terms of pay, they'll claim that it was a tech error. their communication is awful, they need a ton of improvement. there are better companies to work for, check out vipkid
