Nothing, worst Manager I have ever had

Product is basic, people are incompetent in management, people in ops thinks they work for sales and don't do their jobs. Client services lead in ANZ was checked out and rude

Pros

Team culture, great benefits & policies provided by the company, ie 16 weeks parental leave, birthday day off, online learning and wellbeing benefits. Innovative technology that is progressive in market. Great structure and leadership team empowering people to do their best work. Being part of a global company allows you to understand what is happening in global markets.

Cons

Sometimes being part of a global company there are calls outside of normal business hours however senior management try their best to minimise calls to the wider team.
