Blistex has a lean Supply Chain department with every role playing a pivotal role in the company's overall success. The current team works together well and there is a good sense of community within the department. Executive Management is readily available and has an open door policy.
Cons
Growth potential / promotions are limited- but positive is that the work is rewarding and always evolving within the same job title. You can have the same job title for years, but will always be exposed to new projects.
