Day to day job is good and the team are great

Cons

Constant bullying from management, if you don’t agree with them or the CEO, you will be pushed out or they will ignore you for months or years until you leave. Great people have left for this exact reason.

Colleagues were excellent, manager was not

Colleagues were great, were always willing to help each other, worked together as a team and supported each other.

Cons

Every day was a constant battle with my direct line manager who came into the business as a bully, this feeling was and still is replicated by the rest of the team but unfortunately upper management and HR don't appear to care. Block don't care about your work/life balance. On call is necessary for some roles and this on call involves monitoring alerts, emails, calls etc, this results in sleepless nights and definitely goes beyond on call, they need a full 24x7 shift as this is how it is being sold to customers. They recently stopped certain teams from working from home, removing any flexibility that the role had.

Great bunch of people but

Pros

The people are great, really friendly, they truly do go beyond for each other. There is a real sense of purpose and pride in what people do, they honestly want to make a difference particularly given that almost all their customers are in health care.

Cons

Leadership isn’t always empathetic, direction can change quickly as thoughts and ideas bubble through on a daily basis regarding the next big thing. A lot of focus is on tweaking the model, high amount of observation on what people are doing. Also feels like a very controlling management style.
