- Have had multiple layoffs over the past few months - Have pivoted multiple times and constantly keep on doing so even after raising a lot of money because they're still figuring out what to do, which typically shouldn't be a negative, but I genuinely don't think they have a PMF and none of the past products have been successful yet. - Knowledge gaps within the company's different departments
