Good company, Bad management

Pros

Good pay, good benefits, most people were very nice and welcoming

Cons

Long hours, early, early start times or late end times, getting around to training new people takes WAY too long (9 months for me), management isn't held accountable for bad decisions or mistakes, they split hairs and make big deals about very insignificant things, little to no advancement opportunities

Pros

Great atmosphere to work in, donors are amazing. Hours and semi-set, great benefits: med/dental, 401k, PTO. If you have medical experience they can train you in phlebotomy.

Cons

Hours and shifts can vary, working weekends and overtime is not uncommon. No real way to move up.
