Pros

Everyone is friendly and helpful, ready to jump in when you need something. Bloom is open to entry-level applicants with little-to-no experience, as long as you have the right attitude and are ready to learn. There are fun group and team-building activities if you're into that kind of thing.

Cons

Expectations are high, and the pace of work can be very fast. Employees are frequently expected to work >40 hour weeks. The "Fridays off early" benefit is only applicable if you are all caught up on responsibilities, which becomes more of a rarity once you've settled into your role.
