Pros

Ive never been refused, or couldn't find help when struggling to help a child in my care. While initial training is limited, it is a job mastered through practise, with help available every step of the way. The working environment is very diverse, making it easy to find people to fit in with. People at Blooming tree come from all walks of life, and various backgrounds.

Cons

Pay is relatively low, but it is a trainee Job. You are paid financially and through training that can be helpful when applying to MSc courses in the future in related fields.

Pros

Blooming Tree offers excellent training, even for those with no prior ABA or autism experience. The team is supportive, caring, and collaborative, creating a positive environment for both staff and children. The work is highly rewarding, and there are real opportunities to grow and take on new responsibilities over time.

Cons

The job can be emotionally demanding, and the training can sometimes feel overwhelming — but it is necessary for the wellbeing of the children and for personal progression
