      Pros

      They hide their true image behind the free food and gifts they give away to employees

      Cons

      Only the favorites of the management get to have a decent experience in the company, remaining are treated unfairly. Very poor benefits as compared to other companies. No respect for cultural diversity. You get fired for speaking up against wrong things.

      The fill-in manager for manager who was on Mat leave was amazing!

      Cons

      Rude and condescending attitude from manager who was on Mat leave but came back early at the time. Micromanager to the 100th power.

      Started off with them when it was a local family owned business. Was pleasant to work with regular normal people.

      Cons

      Business was sold off to a Miami based company who then hired cow boys to run the business. They hired family and friends and ruined and robbed the business.
