Pay employees late ( sometimes 28th , more often on the 8th/10th). Deducted courses fees from wage, don't pay overtime even on weekends and bank holidays.

Pros

One of the best head of utilities i have ever worked with. Unfortunately that's it.

Cons

No chance of training / No freedom of speech as the company is structured between friends and families / Managers with no engineering qualifications are taking the calls in the projects / Beware of the promises at the interview / Also you might find yourself in a situation like a pandemic and before you know you're laid off before your ''extended probational contract'' ends.

Pros

Be honest and upfront with staff and they will endeavour to be the best they can.

Cons

Certain people in certain management positions who are in it to feather their own nest and not improve the company. They need to be weeded out and professional business managers brought in.
