Pros

High-volume bar with strong earning potential, especially during peak seasons and events. Beautiful waterfront location that attracts steady business. Opportunity to build speed, multitasking skills, and guest rapport quickly. Team-based service model can work well when properly supported. Exposure to a wide range of cocktails and service styles.

Cons

Management presence often feels more performative than supportive during high-volume service. Inconsistent communication and lack of clear structure can create unnecessary stress on staff. Service standards are not always enforced evenly across the team. Scheduling and role expectations can be unclear at times. Quality control behind the bar and on the floor is inconsistent.
