Supportive/Collaborative Environment & Amazing Management Training

Pros

As a member of the recruiting team it's been amazing to work cross functionally with all of the department leads and hiring managers at BSD to help expand all teams. The people here are genuinely supportive and collaborative, there are so many opportunities to share ideas, be involved in company culture iniatives and grow as a team. We also use EOS so our management training has been extensive and it's been exciting to watch teams build out individual paths for growth for all employees.

Cons

No big cons, it's definitely a fast paced environment if you're on the client side of things

I'd be lying if I said anyhing good about this place!

Cons

BluShark Digital has one of the most toxic work environments I have ever seen! Managers are incredibly entitled and unprofessional, and more often than not act as hindrance to employees instead of being leaders. Supervisors are controlling, and constantly spouts verbal abuse towards everyone! HR couldn't care less about employees and would much rather fire people that have problems with the company instead of addressing the issues they have!
