      Pros

      Management did allow me to vent but I should have never been put in that situation in the first place.

      Cons

      You name it. Short staffed would be the main concern. This just happens to be a HUGE concern considering the fact that it is a day care. Unbelievable is really the only way to describe working there.

      Cute kids, fun coworkers(sometimes), 1 hour lunch break

      Cons

      Overworked, not listened to, very hard to call off make you feel bad for calling off sick. Scheduling also seemed to be a mess for most people

      Children are fun. Nice play areas. Good schedule for kids. Days are fast and busy!

      Pay is average for childcare field- which in general is low.
