Pros

A couple of very nice people work there. The customer care team has nice people working in it and you develop a close friendship with them. That group is very supportive of each other.

Cons

Where do I begin? The owner is a horrible person. He is very fake and does not care about anyone. Management to the Customer Care team is horrible and there is such a disconnect. They are very comfortable with degrading you and making sure you feel you are worth nothing. You're just a cog in the machine. Management, except for one person, really cares about you and makes you feel valued. Even she is limited because of the unstable owner.
