Great culture and rewarding work, but poor management support

great coworkers & company culture, work is really rewarding and the clients are super fun

Cons

poor communication between upper management and staff, ABA department is overworked to make money for the company, however, upper management shows a lack of care and understanding for the department overall, little growth and unfair distribution of pay
