      Pros

      Where to begin, everyone on the team including the CEO is full of energy and is very passionate about what they do. Everyone is very helpful, and supportive and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and part of the team from day one! The projects that we work on are very interesting and rewarding. The work-life balance is amazing and the environment is very chill and fun when we're at the office. This company takes good care of its employees.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons but there is a slight learning curve when learning certain things but the team is so supportive that I feel it's not going to take too long to learn my way around.

Communication from senior management was poor, with limited transparency around company direction, performance, or decision-making. Culture felt misaligned with stated values. Collaboration and accountability were emphasized verbally but not reinforced in practice. Career growth and development were limited. Advancement paths were unclear, and feedback was sporadic or reactive rather than constructive. High turnover appeared normalized, which negatively impacted team morale and continuity.
