Pros

Clients, majority of them are absolutely wonderful

Cons

Management have unreasonably high expectations, inadequate travel time between clients, limited time to review care plans which impacts quality of care delivered, and no time worked into roster for potential escalations or setbacks. Also expect frontline staff to shoulder administrative burden and work overtime due to poor scheduling.

Pros

You can choose the days and hours you want to work. Flexible

Cons

Staff turnover is crazy! hard to work with new staff over and over again. Most of the time, the workload is unrealistic. Management wants more and more for the same amount of time. Recurrent staff shortage, lack of teamwork, and awful communication between teams due to excessive work. No energy to care for a team or others when working in survival mode.
